Until the second coming of Nr.13, Nr.3 was the best-kept edifice on Alberta iela. However, it would appear to have little to distinguish itself as compared to its compatriots. Its most striking attribute is its condition relative to the flanking Nrs.1 and 5:

Neat and delapidated

Nr.3, here, on the left, neat and prim, presents a quite understated counterpoint to the sphinxes directly across the street. Meanwhile, Nr.5, to the right, looks all the more grizzled in comparison.
